-Trying out your hairstyle :
The bridal trial is a recommended service. This service can take from 1.5 to 3 hours. Fee is €100, +€100/ extra look .
-Booking your wedding hairstyling service:
Once you have decided which Fresh Faced artist is right for you, know that his or her availability is only secure after receiving non-refundable 50% deposit of the wedding hairstyle service value.
-Bridal hairstyle on the wedding day:
This is the main hairstyling service, which is hosted at your wedding venue, home or hotel room. The fee for this service is €270, which means you will be paying the remaining 50% on this day. Takes approximately 90 minutes.
-Changes in hairstyle and multi-day weddings:
Some weddings involve more than one day that require services. Each day is charged according to the services it involves (this includes welcome events) and requires a deposit to save the date. If on the same wedding day two different hairstyles or a hairstyle change is requested, these services are charged according to the “standby for touch-ups” section, if the wedding is held in a travel area*. If the wedding venue is not in a travel area, having your artist return to the venue for a hairstyle change costs an additional €175 , adding €50 for each guest or family member’s hairstyle alteration.
-Guests and family members:
For the best outcome of your hairstyling services on the wedding day it is recommended to have the bride and the guests have their hairstyling services held in the same place. This is because it takes approximately 15 minutes to set up and another 15 to pack up for another location. The price for guests and family members is adjusted to €75 if they are to be prepared on the same location as the bride- please note that this price is only applied if the bride's hair is also to be prepared by a Fresh Faced professional: if not, see “Independent Guests and Family Members”. Paid on the day in cash, takes approximately 30-45 minutes. a maximum of 5 guests can be taken care of by the bridal hairstylist*. This artist requires a minimum number of 4 guests besides the bride or equivalent payment.
-Independent Guests and Family Members:
This only applies for services in which:
A) The bride's hairstyle is not taken being done on behalf of Fresh Faced, and our services are being requested for guests only
B) When guests are in a separate location from the bride.
In these cases, guests are charged €100 per person, to be paid at the end of the service. A travelling fee may apply according to your location- please read below.
-Having a team of hairstylists / Human resources policy:
Timings for hairstyling are described in the “Bridal hairstyle on the wedding day” and “Guests and family members” sections, meaning that a faster service may require a team of hairstylists, which can be arranged if the situation complies to the following conditions:
1) The team must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance
2) Team members must work within the same 500m radius (if a hairstylist is required further away from the bridal headquarters*, conditions under the “Independent Guests and Family Members” apply).
3) The second hairstylist can be booked only if the bridal hairstylist* is already taking care of at least 2 guests besides the bride.
For the second hairstylist (and every additional artist) to be booked, at least 3 guests must be guaranteed under his/her care. Pricing remains €75 per guest, however a non-refundable €75 deposit must be paid in advance per extra artist.
-Travelling fee:
Depending on the location of your wedding, a travelling fee may be charged. For each additional artist travelling with the main hairstylist, 35% of this value is added to the travelling fee. If Fresh Faced hair and make-up services are hired, they can travel together for the same 35% extra if their schedules for the day are compatible. This value is calculated according to distance, time spent driving, parking availability, any eventual need to access other means of transportation or a hotel fee if the service starts early at a long distance. To be paid on the wedding day.
-Exclusivity fee:
A time slot for the hairstyling service on the wedding day should be defined up to 30 days before the wedding day, according to the number of guests and the time you wish for everyone to be ready. If you would like your hairstylist to refrain from accepting any other service on your wedding day, an additional exclusivity fee of €100 should be paid. This allows you to change your plans regarding the time slot of the service, add guests for hairstyling and guarantee your artist’s availability in case you should need a change in hairstyle or standby for touch-ups- none of these services are included in the exclusivity fee. If desired, fee should be paid 30 days before the wedding date.
-Standby for touch-ups:
The hairstylist may stay for touch-ups if this service is booked in advance, subject to availability. Includes small travelling distance from the place where the bride is prepared to the wedding venue, should these happen to be two different places. Fee is €50 per hour and starts counting when the bride and all guests’ hairstyles are complete, finishing when the hairstylist's services are no longer needed and the artist is paid- it is the client's responsibility to inform the artist when this moment arrives.
-Refunds/COVID-19 Pandemic Policy:
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, changes in wedding dates are expectable. All dates booked are final unless there is a travel ban* or an event ban*. Should one or both of these bans occur more than one month before the wedding, an intention to the change the date can be communicated no later than one month before the original wedding date, being granted one change of date, free of charge, on the hairstylist's agenda.
Examples:
1) If a travel ban occurs two months before the wedding, the bride has 1 month to communicate an intention to change the date and must specify which date.
2) If a travel ban occurs two months before the wedding and the bride communicates an intention to change the wedding date 3 days before the original wedding date, no changes can be done and a voucher* is issued.
3) If a travel ban occurs 3 days before the wedding and the intention to change or cancel the date is communicated immediately, the bride is granted a service date alteration or a refund, respectively.
If the hairstylist is not available for this new date, the deposit can be refunded. Once the date has been changed once, further changes in date cannot be made and the bridal deposit can be reverted in a voucher* .
